Danışma Kurulu

Okulumuzun eğitim programı farklı alanlarda uzmanlaşmış akademisyenlerden oluşan  ulusal ve uluslararası danışma kurulu  ile desteklenir. Ankara Üniversitesi, Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi, Çocuk Gelişimi Bölümü, Öğretim Üyesi Prof. Dr. Müdriye Yıldız Bıçakçı koordinatörlüğünde bir araya gelen danışman kurulu düzenli toplantılar ile uygulanan eğitim programını gözden geçirir. Gözden geçirilen program alanda yürütülen güncel bilimsel çalışmalar ışığında, çocukların ilgi ve ihtiyaçlarına yönelik olarak güncellenir.

Doç. Dr. Sühendan Er

Doç. Dr. Sühendan Er, Ankara Üniversitesi Çocuk Gelişimi ve Eğitimi Bölümü’nden doktora derecesini 2012 yılında almıştır. Dr. Er, akademik çalışmalarını çocuklarda dil gelişimi, çocuklara yabancı dil öğretimi, etkileşimli kitap okuma, çocuk ve sosyal medya ve öğretmen eğitimi konularında yürütmektedir.

Doç. Dr. Sühendan Er, TED Üniversitesi Çocuk Gelişimi ve Eğitimi Bölümü’nden doktora derecesini 2012 yılında almıştır. Dr. Er, akademik çalışmalarını çocuklarda dil gelişimi, çocuklara yabancı dil öğretimi, etkileşimli kitap okuma, çocuk ve sosyal medya ve öğretmen eğitimi konularında yürütmektedir. Çalışma konuları ile ilgili ulusal ve uluslararası alanda yer almış çok sayıda makalesi, kongre sunumu ve kitap bölümleri olan Dr. Er, Bilimsel Araştırma Projelerinde, Avrupa Birliği projelerinde, TÜBİTAK projelerinde de görev almıştır.   2012 yılından bu yana TED Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Okul Öncesi Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı’nda görev yapan Dr. Er, 2018-2023 yılları arasında Fakültenin Temel Eğitim Bölüm Başkanlığı’nı ve Okul Öncesi Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı Başkanlığı’nı yürütmüştür.

Prof. Dr. Jennifer Grisham, çocuklarımızın bireysel gelişim değerlendirmelerinin yapılması, bireysel gelişimsel değerlendirmeleri sonucunda çocuklarımızın öğrenme deneyimleri zenginleştirilecek ve gelişimini destekleyecek önerileriyle bizimledir.

Prof. Dr. Jennifer Grisham

Prof. Dr. Jennifer Grisham is a professor and program chair in the Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education program and faculty director of the Early Childhood Laboratory School. She is the co-author of two books on blended education in early childhood education (Blended Practices in Early Childhood Education and Blended Assessment Practices in Early Childhood Education – in press). Her research interests include authentic assessment, tiered instruction, and inclusion of children with significant disabilities. Dr. Grisham is cofounder of a children’s home and preschool program in Guatemala City called Hope for Tomorrow, where she accompanies students in the education abroad program.

Prof.Dr. Heather Agazzi is a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and holds a joint appointment in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at the University of South Florida. She has worked at USF since 2007 when she earned her PhD from the USF School Psychology program. She is an agency Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) trainer and a rostered Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) provider. Additionally, she has achieved endorsement as an Infant Mental Health MentorResearch/Faculty. Her research interests include parent training for children with disruptive behavior disorders, developmental disabilities Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and trauma exposures. She is a co-developer of the HOT DOCS and DOCS K5 programs and she currently disseminates these projects at the state, national, and international levels (Australia, Caribbean, Turkey). Along with collaborators, she developed a home-visiting intervention named Smart Start: Parenting Tools for Children with Social-Emotional Problems, Developmental Delays, and Trauma.

Doç. Dr. Priti Chopra, erken çocukluk, sosyal açıdan dezavantajlı çocukların sağlıklı gelişimi için destek sağlamanın yanı sıra çocukların dil öğretimi için, ekibimizle beraber dil programlarının hazırlanmasında çalışır.

Dr Priti Chopra is a Programme Leader for the International Postgraduate Certificate in Education (iPGCE) and an Associate Professor of Education and Social Justice in the School of Education at the University of Greenwich. She joined University of Greenwich as a Senior Lecturer in the Further Education & Skills Sector, with subject specialism in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Literacy, in 2008. Priti is a qualified teacher and teacher educator. She is also a qualified practicing integrative counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She has worked for more than twenty-seven years as an educator and researcher in India and the UK. Priti has collaborated with diverse community-based, national and international organisations to research, design and develop inclusive education provision and resources. In the UK, her work included focus on the rights, learning identities and needs of refugees, asylum seekers and young offenders. Her research has also been centred on empowering education provision processes and practices for Dalit women and young people in the rural areas of northern India. Priti has worked as a curriculum development lead for the None in Three Research Centre for the Global Prevention of Gender-based Violence to develop anti-violence curricula for secondary schools in Jamaica, Uganda, India and the UK. Priti has created and taught the optional undergraduate final year module ‘Global Childhoods, Young People and Social Justice’ and supervises MA in Education and doctoral research across a range of topics, in varied educational fields. She welcomes applicants for doctoral study who share her research interests in intercultural learning, inclusive learning design, technology enhanced learning, and education for social justice. Associate Professor Jill Harrison is the academic portfolio lead for Early Years at the University of Greenwich and link tutor for SEGI Colleges Malaysia. She has worked in Early Years for many years as an early year’s practitioner, working her way through the ranks to become a coordinator of a work based nursery, and then a Manager of a children’s centre, which was part of a research project to introduce High/Scope to the sector. More recently she has been a college lecturer before moving to the University of Greenwich. She now has a research focus and has published on leadership and mentoring in the early years and is near completion of her research on ‘Maids or Masters: A study reviewing the concepts of leadership in early years provision in Malaysia and England. She is an advocate for developing professionalism and raising standards across early years.

Doç. Dr. Daphne Kopelman-Rubin

Doç. Dr. Daphne Kopelman-Rubin ve ekibi çocukların sosyal-duygusal öğrenme becerilerini geliştirmek için bir program geliştirmiştir. Anaokulumuzdaki çocukların sosyal-duygusal öğrenme becerilerini destekleme konusunda rehberlik sağlaması amacıyla ekibimizdedir.

Doç. Dr. Daphne Kopelman-Rubin

Dr. Daphne Kopelman-Rubin research focuses on developing SEL standards, assessment tech-based tools, and evidence-based programs to enhance interpersonal/social, emotional, and academic functioning among children and adolescents. In 2002, she established the Learning Disabilities and ADHD Clinic at Schneider Children’s Medical Center, directing it until 2012. In 2007, she initiated and developed I Can Succeed (ICS), an SEL program implemented nationwide and recently in Turkey. In 2012 she founded the SEL.IL Center in Reichman University. She leads efforts to enhance systemic SEL implementation in several Jewish and Arabic municipalities. She is an editorial board member in the new journal Social and Emotional Learning: Research, Practice and Policy, and a board member of the SEL Challenge EdTech competition. She previously served as a member of the DSM5 Specific Learning Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder committee, Israel Ministry of Education (2016-2017); and the consensus committee on SEL in Schools of the Initiative for Applied Education Research at the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities (2018-2020)
